If I hadn't listened to the radio adaptation I wouldn't have a clue what was going on. So many things hinted at but never explained or described, still waiting for it to improve.........

Picking up a bit now.

Bit confused as my kindle says only 28% through, so can't only be 128 pages long 🤔

It's not what I was expecting at all. Written in the 3rd person and just making references to 'the things he was up to' without explaining what he was up to! Not a long book so I will finish it. The radio adaptation was so good this has been a bit of a disappointment so far.

From confusing to boring and nothing like the radio adaptation so far but I'll stick with it
