Aagh Kenny is soo stupid, it's so obvious that Jackie is faking the baby! Also forget slow burn, there was like nothing for 55% of the novel, and now when I should be getting my first sex scene, I'm not!
Also, author had Han ask Kenny if he was a dom or sub- but I felt like there was some top/bottom confusion there. "Vers" is technically an axis of sub/dom, but I wasn't very convinced by the writing that author does

They constantly bring up money as a problem, but they're ordering Ubers and Instacart and Pizzas all the time!
Also, not loving the Jackie Pregnancy plot. Looks like that 3/5 might be well earned

It's fun, but nothing special. The writing is a bit cumbersome - too many 'bros'. Solid 3/5. But I want to read more, so probably going to put in a 4/5 instead

I don't really like the characters, but I'm still having fun reading it. The writing is also very clunky, which is on purpose to match the characters, but it's moreso distracting than a benefit to the narrative
