Every time we get a Dezia-Wirr conversation or scene, I have to consciously stop myself from punching something omg it's so fucking bad. What a wonderful concept Dezia had as a character before it was absolutely torn and ruined by this piss-poor attempt at romance

Asha's character, when acting on her own without the other mc's around, is so strongly built and evidently someone I can rally behind. And then there's Asha when Davian is around. At one point, you really do wonder: Does the author enjoy killing off the potential of his own female characters through absolutely garbage romance?

Honestly, Ishelle and Davian would be such a power couple that Davian and Asha could never hope to be, and I'm afraid that's just a cold, hard fact that Mr James Islington doesn't seem to get
