I'm giving up on this one. He can beat a dead horse with the best of 'em. I got the point (and his less-than-stellar sources) early on. He kept on referring back and forth between chapters repeating the same in each of them, simply to varying degrees. Not on my list of recommended books, although the message was a crucial one.
