It’s great. I’ve learned a lot about vulnerability, currently on the chapter of shame, and how we tend to confuse shame with humiliation. What’s some people make categorize as shame and why it’s so hard to talk about it, and when we come to terms we realize how important it is, and that without it we’re almost consider like narcissist, but it’s a universal feeling, the feeling of shame.
