Page 234 marks the moment when I've truly given up on Naomi Klein. Despite being knowledgeable and well intended, she doesn't fail to seei the most negative of aspects in any given situation. No optimism, and no sense of the fact that companies are just algorithms and prone to change.

I want to be sympathetic to Klein's reasoning, but it is depressingly poor and populist. I was really expecting more from her.
