I’d gift this to a young woman who is interested in science as both an incentive and cautionary tale as I suspect not much has changed in labs. My eyes glazed over as I scratched my head trying to remember what I learned about DNA and RNA, but those lessons did not stick. It was a hike, of a kind, for me to read the details even as so well written. But Rosalind was brought to life and the book is worth the read.
