I listened to this book on Audible and it is cognitive behavioral therapy in a book. Mel is so engaging! It offers a tool, the 5 Second Rule, to empower to TAKE ACTION and CONTROL over your life! Don't overthink yourself out of your goals or passions.
My only criticism is that Mel doesn't detail what she means by overthinking vs planning to take action. I wish she provided some examples.
