Wow Sheanna is really tough I really like her. Very sweet. I love the idea of the Rakian priesthood snd I'm really liking the vibes so far. It feels almost apocalyptic. I loved the bit about the bench Muad'dib sat on being the seat of the High Priest. I am reading Messiah during this and it goes into one of the chapter opening things where Paul contemplates on the fact he can’t do anything without it being divine

This book gets religious psychology so well and ironically + i love the way it interpolates real world philosophies and words to create new factions that act in the patterns Frank has highlighted as human nature. And seeing the way this story unfolds over the course of thousands of years is amazing.
