Check out Enclave Publishing! They do a lot of fantasy/sci-fi, and it's completely clean! (No spice, no swearing, and no LGBTQ!) I would also recommend Drawn by Light by John W. Otte and Victoria McCombs! Victoria especially delivers on the immersive fantasy without the content.
