i just can’t get behind their love story in this book and i don’t know why! i loved them in the first book but the whole “she’s dead” and “he’s a god” thing is throwing me off. i feel like there hasn’t been much plot movement at all. but maybe it’s because im listening to the book instead of reading it so im not as enveloped into the story
