Moché You ought to treat yourself to a trip to MA and New England and Salem after this book. All the historic homes and buildings are still there and Salem has its own persona. And Hawthorne haunts the place too 🌒

message 2: by Arielle (new)

Arielle Echoing what Murray said. Touring the homes of famous writers around MA was such a good time. And Salem was definitely an experience, haha. If you haven't been yet, it's worth it

message 3: by Ale (new) - rated it 4 stars

Ale Absolutely will do. I haven't been yet, but looking at some pictures online and looks absolutely lovely. There's so much to do around as well!

message 4: by Moché (new)

Moché The house of seven gables is there and the reenactors are usually great to interact with. Got to say there is a Ninth Gate vibe they inculcate a bit. I was there at All Hallows in a black wind 🌒
