Just finished reading the first chapter of "Eat Your Ice Cream" and I gotta say as helpful (and obvious) as the advice is (e.g: don't drink, smoke, vape, etc.) the author seems very biased with other points in this first chapter. It feels like he's calling his audience dumb or stupid for not knowing this advice
