I really am struggling to find any redeeming qualities in Jules. She definitely shouldn’t be training horses 🥴 at this point it’s like a bad train wreck you can’t look away from. I had high hopes for this series but idk maybe the other books won’t feature her as the FMC or maybe she’ll grow the he’ll help and get her shit together.

How could you take some of the horses but not all of them?! Like who cares if it’s dark go back and get them!

Ah yes, putting competitions and pride before your horses well being and then getting an attitude when people question what you’re doing because you clearly aren’t putting the horse first. Again do people actually LIKE Jules? 🥴

Are we supposed to LIKE Jules???? If I had hired her to train my horse and she was speaking to me like this and ignoring me and lying to me I’d be taking my horse elsewhere asap. It’s wild why is she lying about an injury!? Just tell the owner the truth.

Okay going to keep reading because I’m being told the FMC gets better.
