When talking about Coffee, we are usually referring to one particular species of tree called Coffea Arabica, or Arabica. However, there are over 120 different species identified (I’m reading the 2nd edition tho), but only one other is grown in quantity and this Coffea canephora, or Robusta. Robusta is more convenient to plant, but the downside is it doesn’t taste very good. Usually used in instant soluble coffee.
