less than 10 pages in and these are my predictions: carter is secretly in love with teddy, marin and teddy are going to fall in love and shes gonna end back up in iowa with him, the “exit lane” of it all is both literal and metaphorical as they have to exit to get to nyc but also their friends might exit their lives etc. if im right this will be the most predictable book ever
