I really like this book. While I’m already familiar with many of the ideas and concepts, there are very few books that present them in such a comprehensive way. Time and again, I put the book down, grab my journal, jot down my thoughts, and reflect on my feelings.
I can recommend this book to anyone who has the time and leisure to reflect on themselves and their surroundings.
