I don't trust Kent. He's too laid back and easy going, especially since his wife slept with his brother before they were together. I bet he's more like Dane and just masks.

Okay, having been married IN Vegas, I'm mildly annoyed that EVERY person in fiction who gets married in Vegas has fucking Elvis present! I'll have you know that we had a nice chapel that was planned ahead of time with an actual reception and not a single side burn or bell bottomed pant suit was in sight!

I love the *real* research that this author has done into mentally conditions, especially psychopathy. It's clear that Dane is a clinical psychopath and I like the subtle little things that demonstrate that, like when he says stuff about her being "his". Psychopaths are unable to love in the traditional sense, but they do have people they consider as "their's" and are very possessive and protective of them.
