CHARACTER VS. SELF: My book is character vs self because Sunny is going through a change. He is a track star but loves to dance. He doesn't know what he should do about track, or where his path leads. I know this because on page 44 Sunny wrote in his diary, "I just don't want to run no more. But I wanna stay on the team. I just wanna dance." This shows that Sunny is conflicted and he is really against himself.
