I love Chana's story but Zoe seems like an unneeded way to tie WWII into the Modern world. I imagine some of the reason for two point's of view is to seem the similarities between relatives, and how some things happened in the past that still happen now- but it in this case it just feels cheap and less of a sincere story.

I like Chana's pov, but Zoe's isn't my favorite. For a journalist she didn't seem to be able to connect the dots of hyphened last names.
