I didn’t get to finish this book because Libby returned it before I realized 🥲 but I was so close.

The author clearly came in with an unbiased view and wrote about what happened the way it happened. Felt more like a case study of the Venezuela, and the collapse of the government and how it continues to fail their people. I thought it was really well written and researched.
