I think this series is campy. It’s a dramatic storytelling of a lawyer that used to be a conman and grew up a boxer. The first story is about him being roped into defending a mobster with 48 hours notice, and the second is defending a socially awkward billionaire accused of murdering his girlfriend. The series is very clearly written by a middle aged white dude. But at face value, it’s entertaining.
