How sad it is that, even though out of his ~8000 days of prophethood, the moments of active war are around 3 days, most of the books choose to focus on those. Yes, they are important events, but when they are the main focus, it's easy to think that the Prophet ﷺ liked fighting. We often overlook how, at every turn, he tried to avoid bloodshed. They fought only when they were attacked. He ﷺ was a prophet of mercy ❤️

The patience and kindness our beloved Prophet (S.A.W.) showed after being stoned and left bleeding in Ta'if, and not wanting them destroyed afterwards, in case future generations from that city would accept Islam is indeed a sign in itself that he is the true Prophet of Allah.

“Gözlerini kapamakla, sadece kendilerine gündüzü gece yapan karanlık ruhlar, kaba kuvvetle güneşe perde çekebileceklerini sanıyorlardı!”

English translation:
“These darkened souls, who by closing their eyes turned day into night for themselves, imagined that they could draw a curtain over the sun with brute force.” (talking about the disbelievers of Makkah.)
