the food industry manufactures food to be addictive and unhealthy to feed us to the medical system for profit, social media is made to be as addictive and mind draining as possible, destroying our attention spans and providing us outlets for annoyance at the system without taking real action, the top 1% profits with no guilt off the struggle of the vast majority.

“The cruelty of all this was a feature, not a bug.” Reminds me of people saying that about systems in our current society. Medical access is artificially made harder to pay for, rent and house prices are manipulated to be so high people can’t afford other necessities, people who research alternative energy sources disappear,
