Does this one get better? I DNF this one last year. Maybe I should pick back up?

Why did you DNF it? I really like the story…the witch with low self esteem who is helped by the demon with a soul.

I’m a mood reader and I think in that moment I just wasn’t feeling it. But to be fair I know I didn’t read very much before putting it down.
You should give it a try…the vilain of this story gets his redemption in the second book. I really want to pursue with this series.
