He admits the rules, the moral code is different but it’ll do. Lando has a certain capacity to communicate & guide his denizens to cooperate with the rebellion. He has this internal conflict as he’s analyzing his decisions of himself and of others. How he could navigate the future only to embrace it. He’s challenging Korrimix (an almost deserter). Korrimix speaks the raw truth Lando knows, however, facing it.

Or some serious talking to find a compromise. Lando struggles with how he led his denizens to work with the Rebel Alliance. How freedom isn’t pretty and is dangerous. When you are leader, possibilities are endless as Lando demonstrates. He wants to honor himself, he has an authority. Wielding it is a skill in itself.

How leadership can be a burden, it could be a blessing to be in position but it sometimes doesn’t coordinate or align & takes effort. How to guide the people you lead is sometimes a challenge in which grace can be delivered.

Mon Mothma’s story is an intimate look into her role now, how her way is to plan, is to negotiate and sometimes she puts limits on herself because she goes out of her comfort zone. She’s been through a lot and she’s been more in touch with herself for the most part from what I got from the text. It’s a nice.

Next, Mon faces a deal of uncertainty and is scared she will lose information on the matter and she will risk her life.
She's also doing things out of wheelhouse and she is so brave. The way the tension is quiet, it’s a somber tone. She gets things handed to her usually and she is taking a more grounded approach as she tasks herself to get the info and save herself and others. The way that the Alliance is set up.

Yoda’s words were amplified because he knew. How Yoda grew in perspective & how peace was achieved. The Dragonsnake had a respect for the green being. Circling back to Obi-Wan, it is a refreshing change to get his perspective. How Luke’s behavior resembled Anakin’s but not enough to tip him in the dark side he thinks. Turn of events, he realizes he completed Anakin’s training via Luke.He sees hope & best-Luke

Obi-Wan’s perspective adds to the layers of his inner monologue and why he says what he says. He talks about the Force afterlife which is so fascinating. It is refreshing to see his perspective on the interactions he had with Darth Vader. The way that Luke is taking it & how it expands the experience. Also, the dragonsnakes story expanded on Yoda & the dark side Force trickle back into the planet. Yoda’s words

Manipulation. How the kernels are just husks. He probably in his subconscious (Sim) knows it. Husks were once kernels. They grew from outside sources. Very fascinating concept. It was a dark, sad, political. It’s very empire coded. It says a lot in a condensed text.

Kernels and husks. The way that Sim Aloo kills a worker on his farm because he wanted robots when the clones are near. The way that he kills this workers and claims the farm just for wealth & mockery by later ordering droids. Kernels become husks for Palpatine’s motivations. The way that all the other ambassadors are infighting & Sim just knows it to be a waste of time. How he wishes to just stop & be ready for Pal

I enjoy the perspective of Sim Aloo and how he knows he’s a pawn for Palpatine but he understands the machinations. No matter what he does it doesn’t make a difference but aligning to the powers when it conveniently suits him is his motto. We explore the clone wars as he is like a mirror to Palpatine.
