It’s not bad…it’s just also not particularly good…or interesting
Like the emotionally abusive ex who’s still emotionally abusive and controlling is a very real reality for LOTS of people, but it just seems like an added plot point that just makes the listener/reader uncomfortable during an otherwise fun goofy book. And the fact that he’s run through all the female staffers and it’s just okay? HUH??
