Ummm… why do I feel like it lowk got ruined? The only good thing is the slow burn is officially on fire. The rest? I’m still waiting to solve the murders. Did we forget the plot or? Can we please get out the boathouse? I feel nauseous and I’m not Céleste. This push, pull, hate, fucking and hurt is driving me crazy. Pick a fucking side! You can’t hurt each other and then be grinding on each other next minute.

Okaaay. We’re getting closer to solve this mystery. My brain is literally expanding with a thousand theories. When I think I know something I don’t. That’s like the best part. It’s not predictable. I have no idea who could possibly have done the murders. None. Cero. Every time I discover something new. Anyways. The slow burn is finally warm. Not burning but warm. 😛 And the banter? Ughhhhh🥹🔥

So after 120 pages they finally meet. We barely have anything on them. They just think each other is hot and whatever. But the BANTER?😛😛😛😛😛😛oh my gosh. Ughh I this is barely even slow burning. Anyways, this is lowk creepy sometimes. I never thought I’d actually get creeped out by a book at night. This is highk fire ngl.

It’s a slow burn for sure. They’re literally on different estates, hella far away. It’s chap 8 btw. So far it’s very interesting. I have no idea how they are going to connect. Like, he’s very centered on crime and she sees paranormal shit?? I have no clue where this going. But that’s good. Oh, and RIP Russ. Loved your 3 minutes of screen time. You would’ve been a great character. 💔
