I read this and rated it two stars when it was first released, however I’ve decided to give it another go since the heir duology sounded good. So far so good!

Really not liking this at all.
1.) where did the water come from when Elias rinsed Helene's wounds?
2.) the characters are soooooo boring.

Elias is boring. Soooooo boring. I honestly feel like this would be better if the entire book was from Laia's point of view.
