😭💔 This book is set after World War II but somehow it is sadder than the previous two books in the trilogy.
Alexander and Tatiana both have severe PTSD from their horrific experiences in the war.

I don't often read multiple books at the same time these days but I felt like reading this one and it is the last book in the series. Tatiana and Alexander are still flat characters to me who I'm not connected to but I am liking the story so far.
