Thank goodness there was a time jump since the end of the last book — it’s instantly solved my biggest complaint with book 1 (mentioned in my review). And Christoper Rocchio also seems not to be scared to change things up with his writing style, like how his future self isn’t constantly interjecting his thoughts anymore which is a big improvement for me. I’m excited for this one!
