I might hate Duffy’s family. Trying to pressure into letting her dad believe she is dating someone she isn’t because it would hurt his feelings.

Duffy is a much nicer person than me.
Her date left her at the table to take pictures with everyone in the restaurant. There’s a reason celeb’s have a no pictures rule at restaurants.

Why oh why did the book have to do this.
Duffy gets groped by the mascot, and her dad’s reaction is “oh he probably didn’t mean it” and the minute Duff brings up that she is getting harassed by football fans everyone glosses over it to set her up on a date.
