I want to get a physical copy so I can reread and mark it up. Such good book! Puts words to concepts I’ve often observed but didn’t have the words to define. Appreciate how it goes into systems to put in place to aid in executive functioning shortcomings, the three P’a of negative thinking, and more. Listening to it as an audiobook felt like drinking from a firehouse - takes time to process/implement.
