Ah, The Hidden Palace, a sequel to The Golem and the Jinni. A book I really looked forward to read. It continues the story with elements of Arabic and Jewish mythology in a Christian world.
The prologue is wonderful. The first pages into the story doesn't have much dialogue, but the description of what happens really triggers the imagination.
It's well written so far!
