Dropping a half star wherever I land on this in the end because there are definitely nerve endings on the cervix. The gaslighting of women in the medical community has permeated so thoroughly, she made the character feel nothing during a cervical cauterization. Can confidently say that cervical procedures cause terrible, terrible pain. But she was at least correct in there being no pain management offered.
