- Mad respect for the complexity of the world. The effort gone into it is not to be dismissed.
- Love Nyssa. Strong BFFs/found family are the best.
- If I have to read one more unnecessary simile, I may scream.
- page 79 has Starling/Aella 'turn away' from Ravens gaze one too many times. The whole scene is a confusing mess. Twice she watches the lights of the Sorrows disappear 😅
