This has gotten SO good. I didn't expect this, but I should have. I usually enjoy this author's non-wolf content. Not that the wolfy stuff is bad, I'm just not a big fan of wolf shifters in general.

This FMC is such a badass. I love her so far.

I love that Thyra, despite being practically human, is strong enough mentally and physically to kill an assassin by strangling him to death with a chain while she was chained to a bed. I've been reading way too many stories where the men are always swooping in even when the FMC is supposed to be this uber badass and I was very much in need of some lady murderering.
