This book called out to me at the local historical preservation society vendor fair because it was a $5, adorable, gilt-embossed, befloraled antique with art nouveau front papers. I thought it might lead to some kind of memorable reading experience. But the introduction doesn't bode well. It's giving old dude pontificating, which is an even more abundant resource than antique books. Not sure if this one's a keeper.
