Cold Skin (2017) American (English language) release of a Spanish production. Like Extinction, this is based on a Spanish novel. We have a taste of Lovecraft, Blood Meridian and Moby Dick and yes, there are fishmen, a island in the middle of nowhere and a creepy lighthouse keeper.
