Lately I’ve been reading a lot of books with a painful separation or cheating on heroines that are solved in a two minutes conversation and a lot of justification about men’s behavior. Don’t get it, all readers and writers are women, 🤷🏽♀️

This has always boggled my mind. How female authors can write stories with such doormat female characters that normalize toxic male behavior and call it “romance.” Lately it’s been incredibly OTT.

and the amount of it!i fr will start to believe they are written/published by the male hand so we would think it’s a norm and romanticise this kind of behaviour (pls send help) 😭😭😭
