settings- in the library it is important because some one stole the Wizard of Oz and they don't know who stole the Wizard of Oz . It would be good cause if it was at a school and some one stole the book they would probably know who did it because they got camera and they can see who got it or reading it . if i would change the setting it would be at a school because you can see who got it. they will get in trouble
