ANTAGONIST: The antagonist in this book is the twolegs, which is what the cats call humans. The twolegs are destroying the forest with their massive machinery. All of the prey is dying/leaving, and cats are getting injured. Little do the Clans know, the group of apprentices is coming back soon to tell them that there is a prophecy saying that the cats must move out of the forest as soon as possible.

PROTAGONIST: The protagonist in this book is Feathertail's brother, Stormfur. He isn't the leader of the group, but it feels likes he is the one that the author focuses on the most. Stormfur originally wasn't even chosen by StarClan, but he has become an important part of their journey. He guides them out of the scariest situations and never hesitates to help a friend in a difficult time.
