This concept of type E and I as well as the overall theme of intrinsic motivation is profoundly eye opening I learned about this theory in my ECE courses as it’s important we help children develop this intrinsic sense f self instead of extrinsic validation but I’d never thought about the deeper meaning for us as individuals.
