Stuff happened, maybe I'll understand by the time I write the review tomorrow

I'm sure I've missed something subtle between all the characters' machinations and occasional use of old english, but I feel as though much of the scheming was for naught and maybe only one person has had anything resolved. Which I guess is more realistic even if less satisfying for a book. But there are still 3 percents left....

All the climaxes happening at once

Now I'm hooked.

I THINK I have an idea of what's going on now.

Slowly, I think we're getting close to a climax. (PHRASING!)

Now the characters finally know about all the groups Christian is involved in like the readers do.

A masquerade ball in Hell. I continue to drown under all the assumed knowledge and multiple names that everyone goes by.

Slow burn...

Things keep getting more and more complicated. Not sure how it's going to tie together.
