I’m only 10% in and this is immediately a 5⭐️ read. And I’m someone who has only ever rated Barbara Kingsolver 5 stars this means something 😜 I can tell I’m in for more than a little emotional devastation but the writing and story are top shelf. I’m also listening and *this* is the kind of narration I want in an audiobook. Beautifully read without unnecessary theatrics and overacting.
