As he dies he all but begs for Lincoln to protect his daughter. His thoughts are for nothing but for his family as well as making sure Lincoln and is not to blame.

We just found out that Lincoln is her godfather.

Lincoln and Imagen seem to be falling in love.
Lincoln is still trying to free the rest of the other 50 and taking down the brotherhood.
Imagen is starting to learn about her body, her sexuality and things she likes and doesn’t like

Imagen is starting to open up to Pierre.
Lincoln has feelings for Imagen, but refuses to act on them because he knows she has been conditioned to accept his touch and advances.
Both Imagen and Lincoln want to act on their feelings for each other, but both are cautious for different reasons.

Seems as Lincoln is not a bad guy
