I hope you’re enjoying this read. It’s heavy but has been one of my favorite books for years now!

I really am! It is definitely a heavy read for me because I too am an abuse survivor. While I forgave my mom and she definitely got help and changed her life, I’m more empathetic than most because I understand mental health is a disease that back then, there were no resources for. I was fortunate to have been blessed with a loving soul and a forgiving heart and that generational trauma ended with me.
