also just want to take the time to reflect on its length. its genuinely intimidating and i look kind of stupid reading this in public bc only warhammer novels and harry potter are this thick. it's immiserating and suffocating and i always need to wash my face with cold water after reading this for too long. i wonder if latin america is really like that. i know the philippines is like it. lots to unpack. when i can.
