When the second book eneded on a cliffhanger, I just knew I had to immediately start the next book. Seeing Base shot and almost died got to me, I love Base and I'm glad he has Kade. But I really needed to know if Stacey and Luciella were okay and what a plot twist! Tobias saved Stacey acting as a buyer then the having a moment was so cute. He was the father Stacey never had. Also, I am glad Luciella was okay and safe

OMG, that scene when Kade finally said sorry to Stacey, that whole confrontation made me scream. It got me to cry and fucking lose my mind over thar interaction, all the pain and yearnin rushing through, and the fact that she thought he was gonna kill her. She never got to hear the voicemail, but I am glad Kade has help. And the Chris scene was so satisfying. The coming was so fucking feral and hot, so deserved.

I already felt so much pain reading this book even though I am not even 10 pages in. Tobias protecting Stacey was the best, he is sucha sweetheart. But OMG Kade and Base are both yearners for their girls. Their prison scene together broke me, seeing how both of them didn't know where their girls were and just wanted to say them both. Also, Stacey finding out she was raped and wnating to kill herself did things to me.
