This is the nonfiction book I’ve read the fastest because it’s easy to digest. There are many pages where I’m like wow Shunmyo Masuno is spitting fire, but there are also some pages where I’m like, I know this already but how do I incorporate it to my life? I guess the difficulty of nonfiction is how to sound non-cliche. But this guy is a Buddhist monk so I believe in him haha
